My Name is Rob Sanvido, I am the Operations Manager at Thomasfield homes in Guelph. Approximately two years ago we were dealing with two garage door suppliers who provided us with average service but if I had ran into either of the representatives from either company in the mall I would have passed right by them. It was also at this time we were nervously anticipating a slow down due to the impending recession and a meeting of all suppliers was held to discuss a strategy of survival. Neither of these suppliers attended. It was also at this time a salesman from this company called Car Wal door systems began pestering me about using them on our job sites. I explained to this young fellow our situation and his response was “Leave it with me, I’m sure we can do something!” Not only did he come back with the pricing we needed, but proceed to do something no other sales rep from a door company has ever done, call on me on a regular basis. I must say that the guy who I once thought was a pest is now a great business associate and a friend and I would recommend Jay Smith and his company Car Wall to anyone looking for doors. The service and product are top notch and they stand behind it one hundred percent. I can only see his business in this area expanding by leaps and bounds and this is only possible because of the enthusiasm and dedication that Jay approaches his career with. We have just had our two garage door installation project completed and are totally pleased with the product but especially with the attention to customer service.
