My call to the company went smoothly and met the tech Randy at my house. From the get go he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I felt I was in good hands ...and I was! While he was there, I asked if he could also install an emergency latch in case we had this issue again. Without hesitation he did it. We are beyond pleased with the work provided.
