Staff great to work with and extremely understanding when I wasn’t ready for install on the morning of original scheduled installation. My only disappointment was that the door is not quite the colour I had expected/agreed upon. I had ordered a charcoal door and it is definitely more just grey. It works great and definitely an upgrade from my previous door.

I would highly recommend The Garage Door Store if you are in the market for new garage doors. We bought our garage doors from them many years ago and have been very happy with the doors and the maintenance service they have provided over the years. We have received compliments about how good the doors look too. Recently, I called them to book our maintenance check up for our garage doors that they do every 2 years. They were able to actually do the check up that same day. The two men were friendly and very professional as always. To arrange the check up, I spoke to Barbara on the phone and through emails and she was very pleasant and accommodating to deal with. I believe that these days when you find a company or someone who provides excellent customer service, you should tell them how much you appreciate it. So we know you won't be disappointed if you call The Garage Door Store.
