Ordered a beautiful wood toned door and it came exactly the way I wanted it. It was installed in less than 1 day and my old one was taken away. The installer was friendly and even fixed up our old (unsafe) opener. The seal around the vinyl caps is a little sloppy, but it was a very humid day.

All communication was timely. An in person inspection was carried out within a day of my call. The installer arrived on time, worked quickly, and explained everything. Car wal doors have been great. The customer service team has been very helpful in finding a solution to new replacement panels that don’t align due to the new panel tongues do not fit properly in the existing panels. Still waiting for solution and repair.

Absolute AMAZING Company. We built our Home 3-years ago, and our double garage doors had a manufacturing issue, in that the finish appeared to be slightly blistering. We dealt with Dawn in the London Office, and she was AMAZING. Polite, professional, and really listened to our concerns.
