Car wal doors have been great. The customer service team has been very helpful in finding a solution to new replacement panels that don’t align due to the new panel tongues do not fit properly in the existing panels. Still waiting for solution and repair.

Absolute AMAZING Company. We built our Home 3-years ago, and our double garage doors had a manufacturing issue, in that the finish appeared to be slightly blistering. We dealt with Dawn in the London Office, and she was AMAZING. Polite, professional, and really listened to our concerns. She went above and beyond to assist us, and in the end we came to an agreeable solution. We were more than pleased with their Service. Once again, an AMAZING company with GREAT Customer Support. Overall, I was very pleased with our interactions with Car-Wal. I found the Service Coordinator, Heather May to be very professional and helpful. The Service Technician was on time and completed the new Garage Opener in a timely manner. One caution, when selecting your new Garage Opener, be aware that most only come with one Remote Control and no Keypad entry Unit. These are available but at additional charges.
