One random morning my garage door wouldn't open. To make things worse, I didn't have any other access to my garage. I did manage to disconnect the belt driven train from the door, so I could manually lift it. Car-Wal came that same afternoon to asses the issue and repair if only temporary. The tech diagnosed a broken spring and placed some temporary clamps to allow me to continue use. He also installed an emergency release cable that is key operated. All that was included in the all in fee for the service call plus the inexpensive release key cable. Two business days later a technician arrived right on time and installed the new coil spring. It took him less than 30 minute to complete the repair, clean up and depart. I was impressed with the service, professional conduct, attitude, and overall cost. Great job Car-Wal.

Contacted Car-Wal to replace weather stripping around and under garage door. Was able to schedule job for the next day. Technician arrived within time promised and was pleasant and professional. Was very pleased with the quality of trim supplied (way better than what could be found in big box stores!). Job was finished promptly and all mess removed. I found the price very reasonable.

Matt came and installed two garage doors for us. Unfortunately the one was a manufacturing I guess defect so they took pictures and we’re just waiting for the replacement panel. Certainly not their fault. They were all very courteous and polite. Aaron had to come and adjust the one garage door and again very helpful and just very impressed with their work ethic as well as just their mannerism. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone who’s looking to install a garage door. We are very happy with what they’ve done other than just the manufacturers issue which they are going to take care of.

Had an onsite consultation on the revising my garage door lift system to accommodate a car lift. Technician was prompt and knowledgable and will return with an answer on the best approach as the install of the side mount lift motor will be challenging as space for said lift will be tight. Should have an answer in a few days.
