Torsion spring had broken and the associated pulley cable. Brandon returned my call before 8 am three next morning and had a service tech at outcome that afternoon. Service staff were extremely courteous and had thexrepair done within an hour. Repair cost for both parts and labor was very reasonable. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Amazing to deal with.

Brandon was very efficient and courteous from the moment I walked in until the deal was made and I walked out. During the conversation with Brandon, I learned that my Brother Mike hired them to do his doors. That was another deciding factor.

Jen visited us herself to do measurements and brought colour samples. … Read more I can usually find something to complain about with anything but everything about getting our new garage door went perfectly. Jen visited us herself to do measurements and brought colour samples. The installation of the new door and disposal of the old one went very well despite a few challenges of the job. A few days later, another installer came to do the flashing around the door.
Now that we've lived with it for a month, we couldn't be more pleased. The price was very good too.
