This is the reason for not getting all "excellent"reviews in the survey. Not a big deal, just being honest.

I had 2 Garage doors(Side by side) installed, 1 had a remote the other did NOT. I ordered Both to have "T" handles installed on the outside for both Security & Ethstetics reasons. it… Read more I had 2 Garage doors(Side by side) installed, 1 had a remote the other did NOT. I ordered Both to have "T" handles installed on the outside for both Security & Ethstetics reasons. it took me 35 minutes of explaining my reasoning to this installer before he understood my point. He wanted to put a handle on "1" door & leave the door without a handle, REDNECK Thinking!!!!
