Even though we had to wait 6 months to get our door because of covid issues we knew this ahead of time, Of course wouldn't you know it while waiting for the new door to arrive our 30 year old Garage door broke, I contacted Carrie our sales agent at Car-Wal and they sent someone out the next day to repair the broken door at No charge to us, great customer service .

The dealer will not help me with this and I don’t understand why this is happening when all ,y neighbours purchased the same door prior to mine and they do not have this issue?
