We had a positive experience with the technician and office personnel, in getting it repaired. We visited the show room and quickly decided what we were interested in, with great help from the sales person, who later came to our house. The quality and price seemed like good value. The installer was very professional, taking a great pride in his work in putting in the new door and doing the capping.
