We called to get it fixed, we were told it would be atleast 2 weeks to have someone come out and service it. We told them our two vehicles are trapped inside. They told us they can’t help. When I asked for other people who could help us she told me she didn’t know and just google it.

We had a second opinion come out and they said it was not a problem and they installed it and we never had an issue with it.
