After a telephone call with sales guy telling him what we wanted and my subsequent email confirming same, they installed something different (cheaper). I've asked that this job get fixed, he hasn't fixed it. It's now been five months and severals attempts to get this resolved.

The product as installed is excellent. Cannot find any imperfections with the quality of the door and the ancillary equipment like rails and wheels. The service technician was thorough, answering any queries I had during the installation, including upkeep service advice.
