I have been trying since January (three months) t get a quote and repair for garage door weather stripping. I am continually advised I will "get a quote from Sarah", "the item is on order", "I will have a quote prepared for you" ad nauseum.
With this store being the only outlet for repairs in Orillia, I am left with the view I should have started the search down in Barrie where I might at least get the courtesy of a returned phone call.
