The dealer will not help me with this and I don’t understand why this is happening when all ,y neighbours purchased the same door prior to mine and they do not have this issue? I spoke with 4 different garage door Dealers, and only The Garage Door Store had both the Lowest Price and the Highest Expertise. It's unbelievable how uninformed some dealers are with regard to the Specifications of a garage door trosion spring. On my 4th & last call, I got Dan Raven on the phone from The Garage Door Store in Orillia, ON. Dan had the expertise.
