We called to get it fixed, we were told it would be atleast 2 weeks to have… Read more We have recently moved to our new house there was already a car-wal installed garage door, which has broke on us twice. We called to get it fixed, we were told it would be atleast 2 weeks to have someone come out and service it. We told them our two vehicles are trapped inside. They told us they can’t help. When I asked for other people who could help us she told me she didn’t know and just google it.

At our first home we had them come to it to see if we could have an automatic garage door opener installed we were told we couldn’t and that there wasn’t enough room. We had a second opinion come out and they said it was not a problem and they installed it and we never had an issue with it.
