Even though we had to wait 6 months to get our door because of covid issues we knew this ahead of time, Of course wouldn't you know it while waiting for the new door to arrive our 30 year old Garage door broke, I contacted Carrie our sales agent at Car-Wal and they sent someone out the next day to repair the broken door at No charge to us, great customer service .

Came quickly and as promised on time. Solved my "spring" issue with a temporary fix until proper part could be sourced. Rescheduled second visit to install new part. The dealer will not help me with this and I don’t understand why this is happening when all ,y neighbours purchased the same door prior to mine and they do not have this issue? Other than that all is well very disturbing they do not stand behind their product for the price you pay. Do not buy from Car Wall

When I was… Read more This company was very good to deal with. The doors were ordered in early spring but the installation was delayed by me to late fall. They were very accommodating with the date changes. When I was finally ready the doors were installed in a short period of time. All interactions with the company were pleasant and professional.
