I am continually advised I will "get a quote from Sarah", "the item is on… Read more I have been trying since January (three months) t get a quote and repair for garage door weather stripping. I am continually advised I will "get a quote from Sarah", "the item is on order", "I will have a quote prepared for you" ad nauseum.
With this store being the only outlet for repairs in Orillia, I am left with the view I should have started the search down in Barrie where I might at least get the courtesy of a returned phone call.
A very frustrating experience.

The follow up with the quote was accurate and immediate. Brandon is an outstanding business person, and I'd be happy to work with him again. Previous to having my door replaced, it broke down and the team responded in less than 2 hrs with a fix.
