The old door was still of good quality and could have been used again, to my surprise the company took the old door and disposed of it without my consent, when expressing my concerns about this, the owner stated that I should have let them know, not to take my door. I did not know I had to ask for permission to keep my door, that is unheard of and shows poor customer service

There was an issue with the Clopay door. Carrie was on it, and followed it through until we were completely satisfied. I believe a true test of a company is how they react when a purchase or install doesn't go to plan. In our case Carwal, Clopay and Carrie Butorajac get a five star rating !
