Love the door, it looks great, and Gord was great. However there are no light bulbs installed so I need to get up on a ladder and figure out how to take the covers off to put light bulbs in....kind… Read more Love the door, it looks great, and Gord was great. However there are no light bulbs installed so I need to get up on a ladder and figure out how to take the covers off to put light bulbs in....kind of annoying after you pay for a garage door an opener, to have to follow up with your own work.

Two doors installed as a retrofit and one liftmaster unit was defective. Service department made it all good within a week.

Brandon - the young man who installed the door did a great job on the installation itself - the only issues I have is that he had to cut the side rails, I believe, to make them fit and he cut those on… Read more Brandon - the young man who installed the door did a great job on the installation itself - the only issues I have is that he had to cut the side rails, I believe, to make them fit and he cut those on the back of his truck in the driveway and the metal grindings stained the asphalt - also, there was a pull golf cart hanging in the garage and it obviously fell during this work and broke - these are relatively small issues but I would have appreciated that the filings had been sweeped off the driveway and being advised of the damage to the golf cart. We have not received a final invoice from you yet - can you advise of the final total owing. Thanks.
