We could not get our car out of the garage. A couple hours after my call to the garage door store two technicians arrived and did a temporary fix so the door would work. About a week later technicians completed a permanent repair by replacing the spring with a new one. We were very pleased with the work. The price was reasonable. Overall our experience with the Garage Door Store was excellent

The installers did a great job and were very quick to get it done. Garage is way brighter inside now with windows in the door panel.

They came quickly and perfectly fixed the problem. I was impressed by the courteous and professional installers who came, and also the salesperson who came the next day and inspected the repair. The repair was also a very reasonable price. The overall customer service was excellent. When we need a new door in the future we know who to call.

While other suppliers… Read more I purchased 2 Garaga doors in 2020 in the beginning of the pandemic when many supply chain issues were occurring. Garaga is a Canadian company who manufactures within Canada. While other suppliers talked about 6 month delays for receipt of the doors, I was told 6 weeks and Barmac met that commitment. I was treated professionally and with respect by Barmac advisors. The doors are excellent quality and were installed efficiently. They continue to perform quietly and smoothly.
