The installation was a bit challenging due to the configuration of our garage, but the installers made it work well. The service we received was great all around, and I would highly recommend Peninsula Overhead Doors to anyone looking for help with a garage door.

Was kept informed. They had issues with installation, New installer combined with building 30 years old. They dealt with issues and sent people to correct the job. Final install details handled by Joshua. He was very thorough and made sure all issues were addressed and spent extra time with some maintenance tips.

My husband phoned and spoke to a Car-Wal rep and told him we needed 12' wide panels. The rep asked for the serial number on the door. We gave him the serial #, he said that the serial number was… Read more My husband phoned and spoke to a Car-Wal rep and told him we needed 12' wide panels. The rep asked for the serial number on the door. We gave him the serial #, he said that the serial number was for a 14' wide door, my husband told him AGAIN ours were 12' wide. The installer never came out to measure and showed up with 14' panels. He left with the panels 15 min. later. WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING STATEMENTS FOR PANELS AND INSTALLATION THAT NEVER HAPPENED.

Installers were wonderful. Communication trying to order the door was tough at times but, it worked out.
