Then got double billed and MONTH later still waiting to have the job finished. The they have to AUDACITY to send invoice ($200) to collection for unfinished work. Still waiting. Should have read the reviews. NEVER AGAIN! do your research. Lot of REPUTABLE people out there who know what Customer Service is.

After a telephone call with sales… Read more Orillia manager Ric Vernon doesn't know what he's doing. He hasn't responded to voicemail, emails, or even messages that I left with others for him.
After a telephone call with sales guy telling him what we wanted and my subsequent email confirming same, they installed something different (cheaper). I've asked that this job get fixed, he hasn't fixed it. It's now been five months and severals attempts to get this resolved.

Some parts taken care of that day others had to be done two working days later.
