I was told the price for a temporary fix & cost to replace with a new spring. Service rep, Austin arrived and found more problems with door equipment & explained what was needed & rough cost. When new parts arrive Austin was here first thing & completed the repairs, was helpful with adjustments to the garage door opener. Very Professional Austin, thank you.

Recently the old Lynx died & we needed a new opener.
I called, was given a quote the same time, installation was scheduled right then!
I had to postpone the installation, no problem, a new date was scheduled.
Installer arrived right on time, did a great job, very friendly & knowledgable.

We buy a door from POD roughly once per year. Our building requires a lot of roughing in, which the installers do very well every time. The salesperson responds in a timely manner. The doors are great… Read more We buy a door from POD roughly once per year. Our building requires a lot of roughing in, which the installers do very well every time. The salesperson responds in a timely manner. The doors are great quality. When we have damaged a door or track (hit by forklift truck lol), they came to us quickly and pleasantly serviced their product. Now we only buy doors from Peninsula Overhead Doors.
