My call to the company went smoothly and met the tech Randy at my house. From the get go he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I felt I was in good hands ...and I was! While he was there, I asked if he could also install an emergency latch in case we had this issue again. Without hesitation he did it. We are beyond pleased with the work provided. Thank you Randy so much! You are a true professional!

I was told the price for a temporary fix & cost to replace with a new spring. Service rep, Austin arrived and found more problems with door equipment & explained what was needed & rough cost. When new parts arrive Austin was here first thing & completed the repairs, was helpful with adjustments to the garage door opener. Very Professional Austin, thank you.

Recently the old Lynx died & we needed a new opener.
I called, was given a quote the same time, installation was scheduled right then!
I had to postpone the installation, no problem, a new date was scheduled.
Installer arrived right on time, did a great job, very friendly & knowledgable.
We highly recommend Peninsula Overhear Doors!
